In using the Member Support Hub you are confirming that you agree and abide by the following terms and conditions of use.

Information added to the Rated Trips portal updates your entry on www.ratedtrips.com and other websites owned by AA Media. Where relevant, it also updates your text entry in any printed publications we may produce.

You are reminded to ensure that you comply with all applicable regulatory and other requirements regarding the use and promotion of, and the services provided in connection with, the relevant establishment. This includes, for example and without limitation, (a) the need to ensure that the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (as amended from time to time) are not breached as a result of any description/endorsement applied to the establishment and (b) the need to meet any requirement(s) arising under the Equality Act 2010 (as amended or replaced from time to time).

Unless we hear to the contrary,

– It will be assumed you are willing to comply with the hotel industry voluntary code of booking practice.
– It will be assumed that you own all rights to any material supplied, including images and photographs, and that non-exclusive rights are licensed to AA Media Ltd for all uses which we may make in all media.
– It will be assumed that all information supplied is correct and up to date. It is your responsibility to ensure this is correct.

Specific information you provide on this form (name, position and some personal details) may form personal data. This information is only used to contact you about your membership of a scheme (where relevant), your listing in our guidebooks and on our website(s) and any current advertising you may hold with us.
