Registration questions

Do I need to register?

No, current members of an AA or VisitEngland scheme are pre-registered using a current email address.

You just need to reset your password. See below for username/email queries.

What happens when I click 'Reset password'?

You'll receive an email (please check your junk mail) with a link to login and set a new password. Pressing 'save' will take you to your dashboard.

Username and password questions

What's my username?

For AA or VisitEngland scheme members, this is the contact email address we hold for you. We will have sent you an message with this email address.

You can view, change and reset your username in the settings area of your account.

I've only ever used the old portal – will my existing login details work?

Yes, old portal users can continue with their current username or email address. However you’ll need to set a new password for this updated system. Use the reset password button on the new login page.

My password doesn't work.

You'll need to set a new password for this new updated system.

Choose reset password on the login page and you'll receive an email with further instructions.

Why do I need a new password?

We take your security seriously and don't have access to your password for the old system.

As this is a new system, it's better for you to have a new password.

I have reset my password, but haven't received a password email. Help!

Have you checked your junk mail folder? Try adding [email protected] to your contacts/address book (to make us a recognised sender) and select ‘reset password’ again.

The 'Reset password' page says my email address is not recognised.

First, check you've entered it correctly.

Update and member benefit questions

How I do update my info/profile?

The update system is now part of a new portal and can be accessed via this new login page. Once in, head to 'My establishments' to update your property information. This updates your data used on RatedTrips.com, VisitEnglandAssessmentServices.com (VisitEngland users only) and in publications created by AA Media.

You'll also be able to access all your member benefits, including:

- more partner discounts

- a new range of training courses

- free HR advice sessions

How can I access my benefits?

Your benefits are now part of a new portal and can be accessed via this new login page.

Once in, head to 'Partner discounts'. You'll also be able to update your RatedTrips.com profile page.
